My name is Natasha.
Since January 2000 I live on the beautiful island of Mallorca, Spain, with my husband Miles, our 14 year old daughter Lexi, and my 3 furry friends: 1 rescue cat, Cherry and 2 rescue dogs, Farrokh and Berta.
I love to walk in nature, I love to laugh, read, learn new things, to dance, to enjoy a good movie, to have fun with my family and to connect with like-minded, open, positive, interesting and kind people from all over the world.
I love all animals.
I love the Shamanic wisdom of being in balance with nature and of retrieving your lost soul parts for living your destiny, walking the path of the caretakers of the Earth. I love the wisdom of Qigong of transforming and cultivating the energies of the body, mind and spirit for healing. I love Eden Energy medicine wisdom of empowering modern people to learn to heal themselves and the simplicity of the methods and techniques that are available to all.
These 3 modalities have a lot in common and share a lot of practical ways of how to be a healthy, proactive and happy person, in harmony with self and in Harmony with All that is. My personal passion is not to help people but to rather teach them to help themselves. It delights my soul to see an empowered and happy Human Being.

Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) Certified Practice Group Leader,
Shamanic Practitioner (Foundation for Shamanic Studies, FSS in the UK).
I am an Empath, Fire/ Earth in the 5 Elements of the ancient Chinese Medicine, Kinesthetic/ Tonal as the primary perception type, a Writer and a Traveler.
I have an inborn ability to feel and “read” the energy, in the physical presence and distantly. I use Kinesiology to back up this intuitive knowledge.

A little more about me… I like to write stories since I was 5 years old.
My head is always busy composing the next story, a continuous “head log” or “head magazine”. I hope and intend that it is finally the time to “empty the cup” and to let the stories out for a walk into the Cosmic Field of this digital magazine.
My wish is for these stories to wake up a sense of mystery that is life in everyone who reads them, to give hope to the ones who might have lost it on the way, to encourage the ones who feel powerless to get their power back and to help people to be happy, if they want to. Because they can. To see people happy makes me very happy.
